After seventeen years with the Xerox Corporation at their Webster, New York headquarters, John made a career change, transitioning into the financial markets with MetLife Financial Services. As a trusted financial advisor and analyst, he became enamored with the vibrant real estate market, leading him to become a realtor and broker in New York to better serve his clients. In 2003, seduced by the weather and lifestyle, John moved with his wife Kathleen to Arizona where he obtained an Arizona Real Estate Broker license to continue to service a new circle of clients in the industry that he loves. In addition to his passion for buying and selling real estate, John enjoys playing music with his friends, quiet walks with his wife, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Leveraging his 15 years of relationships to identify and acquire the best available properties for Greater Phoenix Real Estate Alliance. “AJ” has spent his working life in and around Real Estate. Starting as a Real Estate developer, he bought and sold over 300 homes. Aaron then spent the next 3 years focused on investor development for residential properties, as well as single family home construction. Aaron founded Greater Phoenix Real Estate Alliance in 2007 after seeing the market drop. He chose to be a pioneer in the “Art” of all-inclusive Real Estate investment. He also coined the company philosophy “The GREATER Choice in Real Estate Investing”

As COO and Office manager, Julie often calls upon her 33 years of business management experience. Not only was she the union president for 27 years at Cooperweld Steel, Inc. but she has also been the office manager for both Greater Phoenix Real Estate Alliance and The John Samuels Agency. We rely on Julie daily for her expertise in office management and accounting and know without a doubt her skills have been a major asset in the success of the company.

Carmen’s diverse real estate background, which spans over 8 years in the Valley, includes residential sales, leasing, and property management. She specializes in Section 8 housing, which requires a specific skill set and knowledge. Maria assists in analyzing, assessing, and managing single family investment properties in order to best understand how to grow rents, reduce expenses, and increase cash flow for our investors. She excels in team leadership, operations management, and tracking key performance indicators in support of investment goals. In addition to her real world experience in the real estate industry, Carmen has a Masters Degree in Engineering and is a dedicated professional who works extensively to ensure every client’s needs are met and goals achieved.
