Turnkey Rental Investment Opportunities

We take pride in forming a partnership with the investor to provide a profitable experience in being a property owner. JSA handles everything from tenant screening to collecting rent to maintenance and repairs, resulting in an effortless steady monthly income for the investor. Rents are received and paid out monthly, with extremely affordable maintenance.

Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8)

JSA works closely with the Housing Choice Voucher Program and the Public Housing Agency (PHA) to provide quality government-subsidized rentals (otherwise known as Section 8 properties) to approved, Section 8 tenants. Not only have these tenants proven to have a low eviction rate, but there are extensive investment opportunities in this market offering a steady, positive, monthly cash flow for the investor.

Fully Screened and Qualified Tenants

JSA requires all tenant applicants to complete an intense screening process. We verify income and run a criminal and credit background check on everyone over the age of 18 in the home. If necessary, JSA will also handle the tenant eviction process. We follow all federal and state real estate regulations to ensure we are in full compliance.

Fully Remodeled Properties

We understand a quality remodel is important to help ease the burden of on-going maintenance that could occur. Any rehab/remodel work necessary is completed by our preferred vendor, AJM Remodeling Services. With experience in remodeling over 400 homes, from high-end to fix-and-flip, all services are provided with proper permits and licensing in order to prepare the home for lease.

Home Warranty

All homes receive a 150-point inspection prior to move-in, come with a home warranty and are inspected on a routine basis to ensure the property is being well-maintained by the tenant.
